In any of the scenarios it is necessary to do the right thing, we are people who will always look for the best for us, and taking into consideration everything necessary to make the best decisions when we play we must always apply what we have in memories, the voice of other people and sometimes in real time the advice of some friends to help us in those moments of tension, it is always good for us not to lose control, in my case to avoid having all those things in my mind I prefer to always control the money willing to lose, because that way I free myself from having control over my emotions all the time, when the money runs out the game ends for me, or at least the game session for that moment.
Yes that is what we must do when gambling so we don't lose control our emotion and not make our tension become high. We must hear other suggestion because they care to us and don't want to see we lose control.
But if we believe that we are still okay with ourselves and can manage our control better, we can continue but make sure that we can stop gambling anytime. We don't know when our tension will become high so it is better we careful and know the situation so we can prevent the worst situation.
