Gamblers always have an interest in their mind if they place a bet to increase their chances of winning. They will try again and again because there is no guarantee when that victory will come. I do it myself where even on the last bet I think I might win that bet but the result is not always the same. But what I have learned from this is that in gambling a gambler must refrain from chasing. The more the gambler chases, the more he loses. And there is nothing to say about the last bet here. As long as a gambler cannot control himself, his tension will be high.
Well in eral that is what should be avoided at all costs, thanks to that tension when not controlled it produces or can go in a direct direction to a path of addiction, that is why it is simple to manage this type of tension, when we are going to play we should be intelligent, spend only the money that we are willing to lose, there more, don't you think that with more I will have more luck or something like that, no, you have to be aware, what we are risking is money, nothing more, and by controlling money you control your emotions because if you run out of money everything goes there and that's it.
You are right, but also understand that when we gamble and possibly lost, we did not lose only money, but we lost time as well, because from this part of the world where I live, we are thought to know and understand that time is valuable as well, when people spend their time doing things that are not or does not add any value to their lives, they lose it because, that time would have been used to do something else that the person would appreciate at the end of the day.
Think of it like spending your whole day on gambling and returning back home at night with empty pocket, you didn't just loose money, but you lost your whole time of that day too, because your friend who went to work with his on time instead; may likely return back home with a pocket filled with money - which is why it's often said that "Time is money".
