Personal responsibility is a significant factor in poverty as individual choices regarding education, employment & financial management can impact a persons economic situation. It’s important to recognise that things like access to education, job opportunities & social support also play critical roles. While personal responsibility influences outcomes, poverty is often influenced by a mixture of personal choices & external circumstances.
