Liverpool Arne Slot, have had quite a good starting of the season both in the Premier league game and in the European competition, however from the perspective of him being a new coach and first time managing Liverpool football club, not every new coach will start off this way in their first, where most of the newly signed coaches use their first season to experiment tactical system that will work.
There have been stories of newly signed coaches doing well, this includes the premier league and other domestic leagues of which Liverpool isn't the only team to experience such, we have had the likes of Chelsea's new coach doing well this season with the team, same as with Leverkusen last season and even up to this season and another is Bayern Munich still in the German Bundesliga, all new coaches doing well so the competition is really high and so i wasn't expecting slot to do any less not with a big team as Liverpool who is in the champions league as this teams i have mentioned except for Chelsea who isn't in the champions league this season.
But in the end the concept of success does not only refer to performance but of course to the results that are inscribed at the end of the season so even though currently Liverpool with its Slot has done very well but the benchmark for success for like this should be too shallow if it is considered a success like other coaches ever.
At the moment even though Slot is coaching very well and it cannot be denied that he is good enough to lift Liverpool's mentality and performance but in the end the pressure he has is still very big so this is not too suitable if it is used as a benchmark for success before he really gives a trophy or at least consistent performance until the end of the season.
We are still at the beginning of the season and Slot's journey is still far enough to be considered a success.
