The fact that we work through the exchange like 95% of exchangers does not prevent us from being a good service, all KYC obligations we assume, I do not quite understand your claim that we do not have a license if even guys like Fixed Fload, Shangely do not have one. 
As I said on the other forum, you have no legitimacy to ask your users for legal and personal documents without being a registered company.
Its not because you decided to take example on the worst of the worst in the industry (aka FixedFloat and Changelly) that this is the right thing to do.
