this is only exercise I am doing which is why this thread is important to my health.
I will eventually add the flights of stairs
I will then add the stationary bike
finally add the resistance bands.
As I mentioned in the evil thread started by don pedro and sadly there are actual supporters on it.
I plan to add a new thread when we reach 100k it will be not that we reached 100k lets do more exercise to drive to 200 k.
oG will close this thread unless we drop under 100k and the thread is viable again.

So we are set for two stages of ascendence
up to 100k
then between 100k to 200k
