No offense to people who like these sports, but if the majority of your posts are found in a combination of any of the above-mentioned threads, that means they most likely suck, and you most likely run multiple accounts on the forum. That's just based on my empirical experience with the forum.
The only word that complemented and made this whole experience/allegations to likely be the truth is the bolded text. Previously, I did everything possible to avoid these boards (especially the football update threads) as post in those threads where spun, twisted and repeatedly emphasized in one's own words.
After sometime, since I've always been part of a casino,I realized that I had to participate in rating/discussing a particular team's all round performance and gameplay.Those are major spam fest and ofcourse, you're right

Technically, op seems to take real life problems too seriously that he forgot to identify that post rather as an irony than a sarcasm..
I feel it's somewhat irrational to think a topic like that was meant to sound just as it was posted. Moreso, it got so many merits and wasn't reported, why is op( and a few more) the only one seeing it as a problem?
bitcointalk is more or less not the driving force it used to be.
Big business has taken over BTC to a large degree and the influence that used to here is gone.
Plus it is not coming back.
The most good done on BTC is certainly not in meta.
I would argue that the btc given via signature is really the best part still left to bitcointalk.
So for the op to attack a thriving thread that helps to generate the circulation of merits and signature funding while at the same time aids in the health and well being of forum members is sad and very very very narrow minded.
but what is worse is anyone agreeing with that as they simply fail to see why the thread has real value.
By the way I gave over thirty merits to this thread and I truly suspect that Don Pedro loves the thread that he complained about and simply started this thread to help merit spread and signature earnings.
Have to give Don Pedro credit if he pulled off a great proudhon imitation.
