Always verify anything from their official social media platforms before you interact with anything. Binance doesn't have their own casino, they develop a Telegram Mini App (TMA) called Moonbix instead but that's not a casino.
You are right, the verification through their support staff may be the best way to go about things now, especially these days when scammers are everywhere. If scammers could impersonate companies, how much would you be a victim easily if you were deceived to be a partner of a certain company? But at the same time, it has been proven that Binance had partnered with a business before even if they do not usually do it (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5510288.msg64593585#msg64593585), all the same, let's be careful.

As for Moonbix, yes, it's true, I saw it on their official announcement handles. Could you believe that scammers are even changing the names to similar ones to stylishly diver people to fake ones?
Scammers are getting smarter over time. They will always find a way to scam naive users because they know they are vulnerable and can be scammed pretty easily. This is the reason why it is important for every user involved in anything that involves finances to be careful with every single action they perform.

Now that you have mentioned scammers and Moonbix bot from Binance, I'm thinking about how easy it can be for scammers to hack Binance accounts of users if they manage to create a similar mini-bot as a fake one. If you have used the Moonbix mini-bot, you would know that they have a task where users are supposed to link their Binance accounts with it. Imagine scammers creating a fake bot and also a phishing website for the linking page, anyone who enters their details on that page will get their accounts compromised unless they have other security precautions active such as 2FA.

These things are extremely dangerous.
