The only chance you have with guys like OgNasty these days is post publicly and hope someone with clout will bring enough attention to it for him to get worried. Your situation is getting more attention though, so I would expect he'll quickly clear this up one way or another and move on to the next guy.

He's taken advantage of enough. Now he envisions a higher level mining operation when he couldn't keep a small home-based one running enough to make previous investors whole... *shrug* you just can't make this stuff up.

For those who want to keep supporting this nasty operation because they think he'll eventually scheme more future people to pay you back with, that's pretty messed up as a human being and you should do some self-reflection.
