Some just focus on building some part of their body and staying healthy while they do it, not looking all monstrous like this as if they are preparing for war ahead of them, unless those who are already targeting for such competition are already targeting them. You would be blown away by the length and commitment they actually put that makes them totally different from others who just hit the gym to keep their body fit and I believe some crazy bodybuilder even go as far as using steroids injected into the body for muscle improvement.
