Even though I am doing fifty via four sets they are modified.
ie my angle is not parallel to the floor.
my hands are on the third step of stairs.
this angle makes my pushup easier.
@jjg I don’t rush them maybe two seconds a pushup.
the key for me is a deliberately slower descent. Thus I do a pushup followed by a lower down.
kind of extra exercise on the way down.
btw it is necessary to lower slower since my setdown is my far head touching the fourth step. not my chest touch the floor.
