I totally get where you're coming from! Procrastination used to be my biggest enemy, but I started breaking my goals into smaller tasks, and that really helped me stay focused. I’ve also found that surrounding myself with driven friends has been a game changer. Their hustle motivates me to push myself harder. As for fear of failure, I’ve learned that every setback is just a stepping stone, so I try to embrace the lessons instead of dwelling on what went wrong.
Self-motivation is important, asides from hard work, discipline, being consistent, reading, avoiding procrastination, you need to have a reason for doing whatever you are doing. So even when the journey gets though and it looks like you are not seeing a possibility, the end goal you have in mind should keep you going. Because it's not all the time in this race of getting rich that you see somebody that will encourage you, hold your hand or support you. Sometimes you are just alone to figure out things.
So having a strong motivation as to why you even started the journey will keep you going. So when you want to give up, you look forward to where you are going to and what you purposely achieve. And know that there is no point giving up halfway because what will happen to all efforts you've put previously? So you just keep moving forward.
So I say have a lot of self-motivation in yourself, as you emback on your journey to being rich.
