He is certainly one of the shills or an Alt account of a shill... That's why he is trying to be defensive about OP's act.Why would they do this when they are one of the top exchange already? Is it cheaper than placing ads on Meta or Google.
Perhaps trying to surpass the likes of Binance and OKX? 
But really the route, they took will only have negative effects. I don't think I can trust a service that goes to such lengths just to "advertise" themselves.
