The jailing opponents thing I understand is for committing crimes following legal procedures (many Democrats also want to put Trump in jail) and if you want me to answer what I bolded provide some links because it doesn't ring a bell and I imagine you are distorting something he said.
Reasons Trump has called (or threatened) for people to be imprisoned:
- Criticizing him.
- Criticizing the supreme court.
- Investigating him.
- Prosecuting him.
- Certifying the 2020 election.
