In this case, when you earn $100,000, you should continue earning for a while and gradually withdraw from gambling or try to withdraw from gambling when you earn $90,000 out of $100,000. It is a difficult task to get out of gambling in one day after suddenly earning such a huge amount.
Isn’t this a bit flawed?

What if your luck eventually runs out and you no longer can’t reach $90,000? Will you keep playing until you do win? What if by the time you win, you’d have already spent way too much and lost quite a hefty amount of money already? I think the gradual removal of gambling can only be beneficial to those recovering addicts.

Money should not be the basis of how to gradually recover from gambling though because if you are still chasing a specific amount, then you’ll never recover from gambling. I would recommend if you want to gradually stop gambling then reduce the amount of time you spend on gambling as well as the games and matches you bet on.
