I think all casinos have their own specifics, but in my experience, the key is to carefully read the terms and conditions. I've had some issues with withdrawals on other platforms before, but after contacting support, it was sorted out. Well, on this casino, I want to believe that resolving issues won't be that difficult because they are relatively still new in the gambling Ecosystem and needs to gather as much customers are possible.
So, if there is one area I think they should invest heavily on, it's on marketing, of which keeping this thread active at all times is a very good marketing as well.
And if the casino' representative for this forum is a very active user here on the forum, then that's a good plus because resolving issues will be much more faster since there is a rep who can easily pass an issue straight away to the direct management of the casino for possible and immediate resolution.
