100 Push-ups  A day ?

When I saw this thread,I was like how?...but after going through I was so excited,although I am a newbie which I don't know about it here for a long,but after watching a video link posted by #OgNasty on YouTube I was so happy and I decided to also change my daily exercise from jogging to Push-ups from today because this Push-ups can make me getting reliefs of any joints pains in my body and also boosting my energy and I will be healthier.
By reading some comments and breakdowns of how it is,which I will like to start mine tomorrow,although it been long I did it but from my understanding through the superiors comments I was able to understood how to write a report which is:
Step 1: write 100k abd give Decimal separator
Step 2:write your Bitcoin username put decimal separator and give space
Step 3:write how many days you have done your Push-Ups and put Decimal separator and give space
Step 4: write the number of Push-ups you have done and put Decimal separator
Step 5:write the year 2024 with Dash mark without spacing
Step 6:write the month you are reporting in number with dash mark
Step 7:Date in which you are reporting.

Your way of speaking is a bit weird and causes you to sound like you might be making shit up..

...but anyhow, your pushup report appears to be in the correct format even though you listed it as an example, but if it is in the correct format, then I am not sure why it did not get included by the script of "Dirty-A-Keyboard" (sic) - unless he manually overrode it because as zackz5000 mentioned that you said it was an example rather than something that you actually did.

Wait, and yee shall receive (an explanation that is)... Mystery solved as to the script's choice in what to read into today's pushup table... that "dumb" script didn't even know what happens to be a hypen.. hahahahahahaha #nohomo..nor offense intended.

I'm stuck on this pushups sets every minute on the minute.  Today was 20, then 8x10 sets.
I know that I had personally suggested that every once in a while you might want to try for quantity over quality and see how that works out for you and if you are able to get into the 30, 40, 50 or higher territory for quantity.. maybe once a week or something to include a quantity over quality day just to see how it goes in terms of shooting for those higher number of pushups per set.

By the way, the more I think about it, those pushup naysaying guys (pushup thread haters) proclaiming doing pushups is easy, blah blah blah, we have so many examples of guys who are not able to even do pushups for a whole 30 days in a row without giving up or some excuse coming up.  it is not easy to actually do the pushups every single day, and yeah sure we cheat and misstate our results, yet when push comes to shove, are we doing the pushups or not... We know whether we are doing them or not, and yeah, results and/or consequences are going to vary... similar to our figuring out how to accumulate BTC and whether we do it or not is not going to be known, yet when push comes to shove, years down the road, we either have the BTC that we thought we were purchasing or we don't.

  When I said I was stuck on the 10 pushups every minute, I meant I didn't want to do pushups any other way because this way was fun, quick, and I ended up with a bit of a sweat.  But today I said I'm going for it til exhaustion.  I hit 30, 20, 25, 25.    I ended up having to rest about 2 minutes between sets, so the time taken was about the same.  But there was a lot more cursing and nostril snorts.  😤

I know the feeling.  They hurt.  Every day they hurt, and why do I have to grunt so much in order to get myself worked up to do them.. .. and today my right shoulder blade (is that what it is called) started hurting for no reason.. .. it is a bit of a different kind of a pain.. so let's see how it feels tomorrow, and figure out if any adjustment might be necessary.  My fucking left index toe was hurting and swollen for the past week or so and I had to do my pushups with my toes on pillows just to remind myself to be careful with the toes. and the black and blue and swolleness of that toe is finally starting to get back to somewhat "normal."
