Considering that there are speculations that Vinicius might win the ballon d'or...do you think he is or will leave a better football legacy than Neymar??..
In my own personal opinion though i think Neymar was unlucky to play football in the era he did.prime Neymar was competing with players like ronaldo and messi while vini has to compete with mbappe,bellingham,lookman and the likes.Neymar finished 3rd in two seasons during the messi and ronaldo era and trust me when i say that is a very huge accomplishment considering the caliber of players who were in form at the time like lewy,suarez,ibrahimovic and others.vinicius is a very awesome player but i still think Neymar was a better player and is still a better player until Vinicius consistently proves me wrong.
I agree with you, sometimes a player could be so good but he is in the midst of a higher competition than another and it will then feel and look like they aren't good enough, it's true if vinicius wins the ballon d'or it will be an edge with which he's going to be rated probably slightly above Neymar but to me it doesn't mean he's any better than him, they are just players from different era having been favoured different with different yardstick and probably considerations.
