MonkeyTilt is a bit different than other casino platforms. You are allowed to visit the platform, and have a look around, but as soon as you try to sign up from a restricted country, you will get the following error:
So, you will probably have to wait until the new platform update rolls out. As for the date, they didn't announce the date for the major update yet, and it is probably because it's a work in progress, I assume, and they will announce the date and probably the patch notes when the date is decided.
I also believe they wouldn't do things such as whitelisting certain IP addresses so that users from countries that are currently restricted can start using the platform because that will go against the regulations and might have legal consequences for the team.
