Lol, jinxing isn't a thing, to be fair push ups do not change the price either bad or good way, but it does create a great comradery between people and that is what we need.

You are a man of little faith but some of us have replaced faith in God with faith that exercise can influence the price of bitcoin.

I would suggest, the best version would be creating a walking one as well<...>

The thing about walking is that it's an easy thing that everyone does naturally, unlike push-ups. I can give some tips but it's very different from wanting to get strong at home with exercises with your own body.

I am going to give this tip for someone who already has a certain strength. Let's say that when you started the challenge you could only do 7 push-ups in a row and now you have reached 100 push-ups in 1 day, 4 sets of 25 or so (or 5 sets of 20).

Next you have to do 5 sets of decline push-ups, with your feet on a stool, chair or whatever, to failure. If you can't do this normally, with your knees on the floor, also 5 sets of 2 minutes each including rest. To finish, 3 sets of isometric push-ups at 30 seconds if you can.

This will stimulate your muscles enough to make them grow, and tomorrow you'll have stiffness that you won't even think of doing push ups.

With the programme I have proposed, you don't do push-ups again until next Tuesday, so you have plenty of time to let the muscles rest and grow.
