So, here putting out the same question, what will make you quit gambling forever? A win or a loss, or both?
Neither of the choices you mentioned.
Choosing one means you're going to be addicted, why? Well it's very simple. If you win, you're going to be greedy, full of yourself thinking you could win again, much bigger, but in the reality, you'll experience the opposite, while if you loss, you're going to chase your losses. You're going to let your emotions dictate you on what you should do next, and the result would be chaos.
In short, the only reason that will make you quit gambling is by not trying it in the first place.
Good if you thinks like that, and I agree with you. Quitting gambling forever needs courage to say no to ourselves and not many people can do that.
Both choices can make us difficult to quit gambling because the will to continue playing gambling will always be there and only with strong control into ourselves that can prevent us from come back to gambling. We see that if we playing gambling for more, we can attracted to play gambling more and more which will not be good for us.
The chance to becomes addicted to gambling will be wide open so we must be able to say no to ourselves. That will not easy especially if we see an interesting offers from our favorite casino.
