I just watch the highlight mini match of champions league last night. I watch it all 9 match, and a bit confused when hear all sound from supporter on stadium because all look the same.

what do you think?, is real or use recording through speakers

Wow I'm hearing this for this first time and I don't think this should be a problem because the crowds cheering a particular winning team encourages them to do more better and boost them up again for the task, so definitely the cheers of supporters in the stadium are real, for example if during a particular match they tend to go live, you'll witness how each supporters of each teams will cheer ther teams very well with loud praises and shouts so it's this sounds that are being used and processed so that the whole public can witness it.
As much as you are right, you are also wrong, cheering can be artifical, and unless you are in the stadium watching the game being played live, you never can really be so sure or certain that the cheers you here when watching a match on your TV or gadgets is real.

Remember during covid-19 when the entire world was on lockdown, how were football matches played? Players were allowed to play but no fans were allowed into stadiums, we only get to watch the match on our TVs respectively, from our different locations, and when watching, you did be hearing fans voices cheering for the players, meanwhile in the stadium where that same game was played, no fan was there.
There is really almost nothing technology can't do this days.
