They repeat this cycle many times. Create inflation by money printing to manipulate artificial financial growth to polish success of their government legacies, then when things become worse, they flip their policies and say they are saving economies from recession, inflation and bringing better lives to their citizens.

You can not trust their words, if you look at roots: create issues at beginning, let problems expand and consequences appear and become bigger with time, then do something to heal the pain, crisis, recession and self-claim that they're doing great jobs.
