Scroll TGE has nothing to do with ETH it just another layer 2 that is kind of hype right now, the airdrop itself didn't give the user lot of allocation.

Scroll wasn't good as well as I saw it, maybe Linea will be better, but as seeing the trend myself, the drops are now not in a great spot as an activity to do in the space, currently
