As far as I know, there is not a rule in place which forbids you from posting links which could help possible gamblers to find your casino faster. As long as your links te free of malware, ill-intentioned software or shortened in order to earn money from people clicking on them, it should not be a problem with you guiding gamblers here to your website. (If someone believes I am wrong please correct me). Also, usually when a new service comes around here they offer some special bonus for forum members, so we feel encouraged to try new casinos from time to time.
You should consider doing such a thing under the management of a campaign manager of good reputation.
