"Institucionální sektor dle ESA2010: 11003 - Nefinanční podniky pod zahraniční kontrolou" ("Institutional sector according to ESA2010: 11003 - non-financial companies under foreign inspection")
This means that SwapSphera's legal entity has no permission to operate in financial industry at this moment.
It seems that you did not thoroughly review our company’s documents, and most likely, you also overlooked other important aspects regarding the aforementioned companies.
If you had paid attention to the line: "Předmět podnikání: výroba, obchod a služby neuvedené v přílohách 1 až 3 živnostenského zákona" and found the law describing the types of activities, where category 81 refers to "Provision of services related to virtual assets," you would not have any questions.
