So the main thing in gambling is the type of attitude towards gambling, one's personal attitude and main motive. Those who gamble only to make money always fall into addiction. Therefore, every gambler should see gambling only as a form of entertainment and always gamble with the right guidelines, good attitude and self-control, create a certain limit, gamble only with the money that you are ready to lose. Otherwise, it will put you in a dangerous cycle where you will lose everything.
That’s why it’s important to have the right mindset and approach when gambling because you’ll be able to minimize the risk of losses as well as one’s chances of getting addicted. Gamblers who often approach gambling with the sole purpose of making profits will always get their emotions hooked up and end up making impulsive decisions that’ll end it losses. I know this statement has already been made here countless times and even those who are involved in the very act also see it but still end up repeating it over and over again and it just baffles me.
I don't really blame those who gamble just to make profit because it is ignorance that makes one to feel gambling can be as a medium to generate money. For one to be able to gamble normal without being so addicted to gambling, it is either the person has good source of income whereby their is no need to depend in gambling for profit or their is a clear understanding of gambling of what it is. It is so sad that some people rush into gambling thinking that it is what they go into for profit and come out from it easily. People who become addicted to gambling never thought it will be that way for them, they only become victim because of lack of understanding.
