That is the new statue of Satoshi Nakamoto revealed in Lugano Switzerland.
Design looks cool, depending on the perspective, the statue will disappear, just like Satoshi himself. Also it pertains on Bitcoin's privacy and (psuedo)-anonymity.
Any artwork is welcomed but even without the concept of Satoshi Nakamoto, this is an intelligent and well executed design.
