I will buy shares of Microsoft so I can vote yes to the bitcoin proposal. I suggest every bitcoiner do the same if possible and even better if you already own shares of the company. One share of common stock is equal to one vote so you don't have to own a lot of shares to be elgible to vote but I don't know how long you have to be a shareholder if the vote is being held in less than two months on December 10.
No one knows for sure if this is a strategy by the company to get investors to buy Microsoft stock so they can recover from their indirect bitcoin purchases. It could be a deliberate idea because companies are starting to understand that bitcoin is much better at retaining value. I'm just assuming and there may be no proof of reference but I'm sure any company that is open enough to bitcoin, the suggestion or recommendation to vote on any proposal will be valid for the final decision.
All shareholders both small and large will feel the benefit after the decision is made and maybe the price of bitcoin will get a little upward momentum from the positive process carried out by the company in the short term especially and this will be very interesting to wait and see how the process continues.
