I have both wallets  installed but  use more than often  Sparrow as ^{(in my view)} it is more functional and has the robust GUI when comparing with Nunchuk. Regarding the security,  both are safe if they are used in the watch-only mode, i.e paired with hardware wallets  which sign for them the  to-be-broadcast transactions.
