The only Electrum-related content in their documentation is to connect their desktop app to an Electrum server but it's somehow labeled as "Connect with Electrum".
There's nothing about using the wallet with Electrum client.

And if ever, it may be via third-party plugin since I can't find any Specter hardware wallet support in their included plugins.
