They offer me a 30% bonus on my deposit and the only requirements is just x10 wager so I become interested to deposit. As the game progress I notice that my wager doesn’t count towards my bonus so I ask for the support about the error. They point out to me that the bonus will just take effect if my main balance will lose first.

"Based on that explanation, it’s clear—this casino is playing dirty. They’re hiding the truth and fooling gamblers with a fake bonus program. If you just read their ads, it’s easy to fall right into the trap, and sadly, innocent people end up losing money, believing they actually have a shot at winning big. But the sad reality is, they’re the ones getting taken advantage of.

Scam sites are everywhere now, so it's more important than ever to read the TOS and stay on alert to avoid becoming a victim. Rushing in rarely ends well—especially if money’s on the line and greed’s in play."

We can say it if the terms is not written somewhere on the site, but if the terms is written then we cant judge like that.
I remember that Fortunejack did something similar in the past (not sure now) where our wager (when taking bonus) will be counted once we lose our initial deposit.
At that time the terms is clearly written in their terms of the bonus, so once players take the bonus, the players cant complain about it because we all as players agree with terms when we take the bonus regardless we read the terms or not before taking the bonus.
