current AI take over of the job is subtle. posing as an assistance tool but actually it has replaced a great deal of worker in various working departments.
but wait until the second AI wave, which is robotic. even CEO of nvidia already talking about this.
it could potentially replace jobs more specifically blue collar job.
so wait until things with AI take over become less subtles then you can see the sign. I think government really need to put some regulation framework in place.
At the recent Cybercab event in the US, Elon also introduced a humanoid robot version called Optimus and according to the shared video, they can do basic tasks such as making drinks, playing games with customers or chatting with people...I believe that in the near future, manual jobs like this will definitely be replaced by robots. The development of AI and robots is amazing and alarming, we should not take it lightly and subjectively.
This is the advancement of technology and it will bring us a lot of benefits but we should not ignore the dangers it can bring. I also hope the government will closely monitor the development of AI and have timely regulations to prevent things from getting out of control.
