Honestly I got no clue what you got to review, same event cancelled by your said paid by other site on the same odds. And than you say its an odd mistake.
How come i never had an odd mistake on a loosing bet and getting it cancelled ?
They already explained that the reason for cancellation of bets is due to wrong placement of odds. Casino ToS usually specify a scenario like this that makes bet cancelled.
I think the support is just looking on the specific match on why their system canceled your bet. Simply to look whether there’s really an error or none on their side. Be patient, At least you have assurance here that a representative is looking closely to your case.
