The problem is, for every sad story about people losing their money with a company helping them, there are just as many stories of people losing their money in self-custodial wallets by accident, theft, extortion, and so on.
It feels very sad when I see such sad events. Behind these tragic events, however, many cycles are at work. Accidents, thefts, extortions are not stopping one after the other.

As the market matures, there will be more and more big players like Coinbase and Binance and so on who are serious firms with very sophisticated security and financial transparency, and these firms are going to be, on average, far safer than people trying to guard their wealth themselves.
Personally agree with you and what you said is absolutely true because Coinbase and Binance will be the most important for maturing the market because of their contribution everything will move towards transparency nicely. These two things are very important for the development of every organization, because of their support, organizations regain transparency.
