Hansi Flick can really turn Barcelona into a team that is really feared by opponents this season. When Barcelona decided to replace Xavi with Flick, I was doubtful. But it turns out that Flick was indeed the right choice for Barcelona's revival amidst the financial problems they were experiencing. And beating Real Madrid with a score of 0-4 was definitely never in any of our minds at that time. And not only that, but in that match Robert Lewandowski also added to his goal tally with the 2 goals he scored in that match. that will make him even stronger as the top scorer this season. And now Barcelona also leads the standings more convincingly. A difference of 6 points will really make Barcelona more comfortable in the top position.
The management's decision was very correct, perhaps Barcelona would never have performed like this if they had retained Xavi as coach. Their performance this season repeated the success when Guardiola first took charge of the team, Hansi Flick was even able to surpass the record that Guardiola had achieved in the first 14 matches.

Guardiola in first 14 games:
  • 11 wins
  • 1 Draw
  • 2 losses
  • Scored 39 goals
  • Conceded 10 goals

Hansi Flick in the first 14 games:
  • 12 wins
  • 2 losses
  • Scored 47 goals
  • Conceded 13 goals

Even at that Guardiola is far better than Flick from my own assessment. Humans are too quick to judge and ths same people praising Flick now, will still be the same people to lash him if there's a stumbling block along the road to the end of the season. No doubt, that Flick is doing a great job. I will consider him to be better, if only he can win UCL. This is because all the coaches you mentioned in your post above, have won Laliga and it's not something new if Flick wins Laliga. I believe to see a better performance from Real Madrid when they will meet again in Camp Nou.
