I could not understand why they required that information and why they were not approving the document of. The processing should not take more than 1 week. But I think they are just wasting time and taking the funds but I don't think it is perfect here I thin there must be a valid reason.
I actually
gave an explanation regarding the situation several posts below shirin's, as well as wrote extensively on his thread. And no, it's not about them "just wasting time", they needed to be sure that everything is good, in relation to what they suspected happening to shirin's account.
And yes, long story short, that situation is resolved with the player regained full access to their account.
