English isn't my first language, so I don't know how to express what I am thinking, but yeah, like you said. All the developers I find on Upwork, Freelancer, and Reddit are basically useless. They ask for too much money and want a regular license, which is something I won't agree to until the site reaches one year. Where can I find experts who will do this work without asking for a bucket of money and a license?
Well just like mocacinno said, the bucket load of cash you are referring to depends on your budget. You actually need to be careful in getting someone good enough for what you are trying to setup. I think one problem you may face is getting someone you can actually trust to get the job done. I really can't accurately point out anyone on the forum here with reputation that offers a service like this.
