I know, but the method I suggested can't be considered spam. First of all, I signal a desire to use someone's referral link so the other person can benefit from it (or we both benefit from it), but there would be no public sharing of referral links. I would ask others to PM me. It's not spam if I invite other people to send me messages containing the links I want to receive.

Posting referral links publicly isn't allowed. Sending unsolicited PMs with or without referral links isn't allowed either.
What I suggested is neither spam posting not unsolicited PMs.
