Kamala might not be bad news to crypto the way we predict it to be; there might be some price drop as a result of the disappointment if the aspirants who parade his campaign with what he wants to do crypto (Trump) don't win the presidential seat. 
 
But anyway, it's all speculation; we never can be too sure of what will happen. Even with Trump winning after pumping the price, it can still take a reverse, but what I don't see happen irrespective of who wins the election is bitcoin dropping below $30,000.
