He didnt gain those muscles in 28 days, he just lost fat so you can see them.

Ripped or not has almost nothing to do with muscles, its mainly about your body fat percentage
You do realize that you should be losing only 250-500g (a bit more, depending on where you get your information from) of weight per week. It really looks like he only lost 2 kg in 28 days.  Roll Eyes
