This is my second day participating in the challenge but I still can't force myself to do 100 in a day because it turns out that this is not as easy as imagined especially for me who is lazy to exercise

The second day there was a little difference for my body where I started to feel a little sore for some points of my body because maybe I was not used to doing this but of course it was not an obstacle because I would still continue to do it tomorrow.
Go back and check out some of my early posts on this thread. I was bitching about soreness and wanting to quit for probably the first 2-3 months I was doing this challenge. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the naysayers and pushed through it. I thought I was in good shape before starting this challenge because I work out with weights, but my body has gone to a new level it has never been before and I owe it all to sticking with this challenge. Don’t give up!
