Majority of the problem that gamblers face is caused by greed. The mindset of wanting to make more money even when its obvious that the house always wins is thrilling. The end result majorly ends with regret because the game is based on luck system of determining the wining and the probability of beating the house is very low. One of the drive that let gamblers gamble even when they are on serious profits is that fact that, they consider a day like that their lucky day and hopes the luck continues. Situation like this have in time passed urchered some gamblers into hitting the jackpot and anyone with such experience would definitely play until they have exhausted all they have.
The mindset of wanting to make money from gambling will always be there but if we can control ourselves especially our minds, that will not happen because we know that will be difficult to do. We can avoids the temptation from gambling and can stop gambling as we want as we don't want to see the big lose. The house will always win huge money than the gamblers so gamblers must know how much money they can use to gambling. Gamblers must know that when they win, that will not gives more winning to them so they must quit gambling and enjoy their winning. No need to keep playing gambling and hopes to win more huge money because we don't have a big chance to get it.
Many gamblers sees gambling as a place to constantly make money and that is a wrong mindset, they'll become greedy and start chasing loses which always results to addiction. If a gambler doesn't structure his gambling habit, it'll be easier to become addicted and eventually becomes a degenerate. The answer is to learn a strategy for responsible gambling which will always serve as a reminder anytime the urge to gamble irresponsibly occurs. My strategy is never to chase loses or use wins to continue gambling, I will only use the bankroll that is budgeted for gambling. I can slightly increase the bankroll which must still be amount that I can afford to loose rather than using wins to gamble.
