My only reason, to impress other people.

There are only three things that receives loved unconditionally, one is women, second is children and the last one is dogs. I, as a man, must have everything especially money in order to be loved.

Even I don't really like to sacrifice everything to make money, but as a man, I'm forced to do that.

I've sacrificed my time, my happiness, my energy, my friends, my moral, etc just to earn as much as possible.

I'm not sure about your first paragraph, you made it seems like it's a general thing but it's individual. I try as much a possible to balance my time with other things outside and money making. As much as I can say I focus on making money, I don't do it to impress people but to liberate myself to get what I want in life and for my family. Only low self esteem person will want to make money just to impress people when in real sense you have bills to pay, you have obligations to settle as either a child to your parent or dad to your kids and husband to your wife.

Anyone who find money to impress people at the end don't even have happiness in their life, they don't know what they can do to make them really happy that's why it's always difficult for them to do something unless they have the validation of people. More reason why social media is a dark place for people to smile when in reality they look sad and unhappy.
