It's best to ask the support on this but most likely as ryzadit said, you're probably going to be discontinued. But after looking for some articles about their review with stake, this is what I've found that might give you some shed of light and hope.
Stake.com operates with a Curacao license, one of the top licenses acceptable in many countries. However, its unavailability in some regions might be due to some local regulations.
