So when I logged in, someone close to me easily peep from my left hand side and noticed that I just opened my account monitoring my games, at this point what he said is "ahh you don join dem"? Meaning you have also belong to the groups of people that gambles?
On a lighter note, I just smile and asked him if there is anything wrong while gambling or while monitoring my games and he said nothing but just that few people he knew that are gambling almost turned useless.
This now triggered me to come ask here whether you cares about what people says or sees you as when gambling, I know there are people who don't know you from time or who doesn't believe that you are a gambler and if it happens that you came across such people and their reaction towards you goes other way round would you care about it or you just totally ignore them?

I mean there will be people that will judge you based on what they see you're doing.
This is one of the reasons why I'm not saying what I'm doing with anybody around me nor I'm not doing what I always do in private in some public places. I always think that whatever I'm doing is, there will always, always be people out there that will judge you based on what they've seen you're doing like what the OP has shared. The problem is that he got triggered on the phrase "almost turned useless". I don't know but if I'm in your place OP, I might just leave it and will not react to it at all. At the end of the day, you know yourself more than that "someone" that you said. Of course, we're different and that might trigger you at all, but I don't care what others said to me. As for me gambling, I'm doing it privately, and I don't want to do it on public... at all.
Ignoring them sometimes is the best solution to not escalate things. I know that it's hard to ignore especially when they touched your ego and got you triggered but if we can just ignore them then let's do.
