This is my second day participating in the challenge but I still can't force myself to do 100 in a day because it turns out that this is not as easy as imagined especially for me who is lazy to exercise

The second day there was a little difference for my body where I started to feel a little sore for some points of my body because maybe I was not used to doing this but of course it was not an obstacle because I would still continue to do it tomorrow.
For the first time, of course push ups are not an easy job, especially on the second day, of course sometimes the body still feels sore and will definitely feel sore, but after the next day of course there will be a difference and usually our body will get used to it and I'm speaking from my experience so Of course you can push up in stages and I'm sure one day you will be able to push up 100 times a day. Now I too, my friend, can't push up 100 times a day and up to now I have only been able to do up to 50 times a day, but now I'm quite used to it and I think I want to continue to increase my number of push ups, but honestly I feel the benefits of push ups because of my body. I feel fresh and my shape is pretty good, unlike when I haven't done push ups.
Oh, yes, don't forget, friends, to warm up first before doing push ups, like walking in place and other things, because to be honest, I personally sometimes always forget to warm up.
Looks like my target now is to be able to do 60 push ups a day because currently BTC is around $68k and I'm sure BTC will continue to rise.
