The truth is, if everyone becomes bosses; who will do the job? people can still work for someone while they have their own business or company. I have actually met a man in a construction company working as a crane operator while he owns his own company that is being managed by his own brother. I don't completely agree that workers are slaves because they are actually being paid for their services despite the fact that a lot of them goes with lesser salaries or payments. The only thing i can say is that their working time should be reduced such that they don't have to labour too much before they get their pay.
