In their conversation, as I paid close attention, he said that workers are slaves and that some workers are smiling in pain while working for peanuts. He went on to say that people are not supposed to work for anyone but should rather be their own boss.
If you weren't born in a rich family, then you aren't your own boss. You need to achieve that. For a while, you'll have to work for others but over time you should try to make others work for you and then you'll become your own boss.

Now, I wish to get your opinion, friends. What do you think of such a statement?

Personal for me, I do believe that getting a job is not just about the salary you get paid, but there are some jobs that can help to groom you into getting more experience that can also help you to explore when you want to start your own business or company to become your own boss.

Some people even get to learn about the boss role experience after working as an employee in some office for some number of months or years.

In conclusion, workers are not actually slaves, some people have reasons why they decided to work. For example, in my country, there is one man who is the CEO of a bank. According to him, he worked with the Central Bank of my country as a tech guy, but after eight years of working with them, he gathered lots of experience and also raised enough money that he was able to start his own company. He started an MMO (mobile money provider service), but today he is now a microfinance bank, and he has made excellent more than many commercial banks in my country.
Workers are actually slaves. When you work, the salary that you receive is usually mostly enough for rent and food, besides that you are left with almost nothing. Is that different from being a slave? I think, no. But everyone should try to overcome that and step up in life. Your example of that guy who started as a tech guy and become a CEO of a bank and then the owner of the company, is a good example of how a man should develop from nothing to everything.

Even some persons born into a rich family, yet they still need to work until they show themselves worthy before they can be allowed to become their own boss. Normally i don't see working for someone to be any kind of slavery because the employees was not force by the company to work for them. It was the person that took the decision on their own to submit application and resume, so that they can work for the company and the person still has the freedom to leave (resign) when ever they want.
As simple as that on which if they dont like or having some issues with their work then they do really just that simply quit or resigned if they are really that thinking that they are slaves.
Its true that they havent been forced to work since they are the ones who do look for job because we do know that being jobless is really that had specially into this world on which economic problems or issues becoming even more worst as years passing by. So it will really be that a normal approach to have that you will be finding out some jobs and doesnt matter on what it would be as long you do able to survive or having that salary then you wont really be minding much whether you do act as a slave or not. What matter or important the most is on how you would be able to put up something into your stomach and will be able to survive on day to day basis. We do know that getting or landing up on a job is hard due to tons of competition to those who do also look up for other opportunities. When it comes into this aspect on which in speaking or talking about progress or having those improvement into your job then its up to a certain individual because there are those who are just that contented on what they do have.
