There are many cases where every crypto project that stops bounty events usually leaves the project altogether, but I don't know if this will happen to this project too, hopefully not, I also visit their marketplace every day but it never works, hopefully the site can still be accessed and not closed, btw 2.5 months is not a short time either
same here mate, I was able to exchange my bounty payments by pure luck last time and it was more then 5 months ago
just after bounty distribution i tried many times to use marketplace and after 2 days I finally got connection
I wasn't sure if i shall do it, because it was more then 1k $ but i did and usually it is confirmed and visible on marketplace as accepted, this time i waited 15minutes and have't seen that TX confirmation
so i was sure it wont be successful, probably will be reversed but to my big surprise next day it arrived
I need to mentioned here that i tried to contact support few times and never got single reply
until all works this is ok but if we encounter such massive problems then it should be stated on the marketplace website or support should answer to tickets
we have no other way as to wait now but finally we will have to decide what to do with that situation,
hope we will get some answers and problems will be resolved as usually only it takes a bit longer this time
if bounty was sent and weekly fee is taken from outr accounts, so all works as it should, only marketoplace is totally switched off
